What the Heck Does That Actually Mean?
What do yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness actually look like for a busy woman with a demanding career, a family she loves, hobbies, responsibilities, and a life she genuinely enjoys?

This interactive workshop offers a practical introduction to these wellness practices, followed by a 40-minute movement and mindfulness class where you can experience them for yourself.
​
Rather than adding another item to your to-do list, we’ll explore simple ways these practices can fit naturally into the life you’re already living—sometimes in as little as 30 seconds or one intentional breath.
​
Through movement, breathwork, meditation, reflection, and journaling, you’ll discover realistic ways to feel more grounded, present, energized, and connected to yourself. You’ll leave with one or two simple practices you can begin using right away, along with a practical plan for making them part of your routine.

No yoga experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to breathe, explore, and have a little fun.

Today, Katy helps others explore meditation, personal growth, and greater possibilities in their own lives. Through her work, she encourages people to approach change with self-love, an open heart, and the belief that transformation is always possible.
